Dance has been a huge part of my life for 6 years now. I used to think that I was too awkward to dance as a youngster. But by chance, I took up Argentine tango not knowing the spritual journey that was about to unfold. There is something very special about this partner dance. While any dance is good for the soul, tango evokes the yin and yang, male and female energy, leading and following, and balances the energies of those who are out of balance. it is quite a beautiful and special experience. It is indeed transcendental at time, a true expression and manifestation of creativity on this plane of the love one feels in their heart, shared with a partner. If you ever have a chance, try it, you may find a new joy for life.
