Welcome Maureen! Thank you very much for the visit, condolences, and Lovely compliment! Much appreciated!

Yes, staying grounded is helpful during normal circumstances, but
especially while stressed, as so many are finding themselves to be
of late~
All the best to you, Dear One!
Blessings,
Antonia

Hello Antonia,
My sincere condolences to you on the loss of your Grandpa. He clearly lives on through you and I'm sure he is looking on with great pride. You and your Mother write beautifully as he did. Good for you to stay grounded; I find that very beneficial also. All the best to you Antonia.

Just found your site through Twitter. I love the photos of the redwoods. I had the opportunity to visit northern California (Sonoma County and surrounding area) last year; what a magical place!
I will hold you and your family in light as you adjust to life without the physical presence of you beleved patriarch. May you know peace.

Hey Beautiful FGD,
Thank you for sharing these helpful techniques - SO important in these chaotic times.
The winding roads in your photos remind me of what life feels like these days - and it really is all about how we drive it, and how we view it. Thanks always for your outstandingly positive ways of looking at the ride.
My heart goes out to you at this tender time of "loss" and change. I recently suggested to your mom that she stay tuned for dad being "in her" now... looking through her eyes, reading over her shoulder. I suspect the same will be true for you, and it‘s a very personal way to hold our lineage, our genealogy.
I know your journey will be a smooth one, because that‘s how you handle the drive.
I love you,
fgm

Hi, Antonia, This is a very poignant and very appropriate post. I love that photo of you next to that giant redwood. It's so illustrative of what you are teaching here. Good one. Much love, many hugs, Mommie xoxoox
