I had a difficult week this week some of my dreams and artistic aspirations were dissapointed and reading your column today made me feel better. It was a reminder to stay in touch with my true artist self and not to listen to the negative voices that have become overwhelming. Because our true artist self is always kind and supportive and loving.

As a teacher of small children I am always in touch with my inner child .I get to color everyday and play on the swings and go on class trips and fingerpaint.The whole 9 yards. Believe me when I say it keeps your spirit young and awake.Light and Love Antonia
